Donations

All donations made to Tapovan Trust are utilized for charitable and social welfare activities. Donations are generally non-refundable.

Refund Requests

In exceptional cases involving:

• Duplicate transactions,
• Incorrect amount charged,
• Technical errors during payment,

donors may submit a refund request within 7 days of the transaction.

Approved refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment and may take 7–15 working days depending on the payment gateway and banking procedures.
